How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your Voxalyze subscription or change plans at any time.

1. Open https://app.voxalyze.com and click on 'Billing'

2. Once in the billing menu, click on 'Options' and select "Cancel subscription" in the drop-down menu.

Your paid plan will end on the date of your next billing cycle (i.e. the month or year anniversary of whenever you first paid for your subscription’s start). After that you can continue to use Voxalyze on a free plan.
